Monica is a 200hr Vinyasa and Yin Registered Yoga Teacher. She teaches full time a variety of weekly studio, private and corporate sessions.
Her classes are set to upbeat music, and balance a challenging asana practice with a meditative flow and stretching. Monica believes that no two yoga practices will ever be the same, as people, we are constantly evolving, growing and changing therefore so should our yoga practice. In light of this, her classes bring awareness to finding new space in postures we so often come into, as well as encouraging the student to tailor the pose to suit their needs in that exact moment. Monica leads her students to gaze inwards in search of gratitude for the body we have been given and from that feeling an overall sense of self-love and acceptance.
Monica caters to all levels and welcomes a routined yoga practice to every body.
